Diamond Point is a private, staff-only application for Diamond Point Sdn Bhd, operated together with RFID Cloud Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"). It is an internal tool used by authorised promoters and outlet staff to record consignment inventory movements and retail sales. It is not intended for, or made available to, the general public.
Solely to operate the Diamond Point consignment inventory and sales system — authenticating staff, recording stock and sales, and producing management reports. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data is processed only by Diamond Point Sdn Bhd / RFID Cloud Sdn Bhd and the service providers that host our systems, under confidentiality obligations.
Data is stored on our managed servers and retained for as long as needed for business and record-keeping purposes, then deleted or anonymised in line with our internal policies.
Access requires an authorised staff account. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
The app is a workplace tool and is not directed to children.
